Roger E. Broggi, 84, of Torrington, CT peacefully passed away on Friday, November 25, 2022, at Litchfield Woods. He was preceded in death by his wife, Rita Fracasso Broggi, on November 4, 2022. Roger was the son of the late Vittore and Adriana Panicci Broggi.
